Under the 2018 "Professional Future" law, any company with more than 50 employees must calculate and then publish its Gender Equality Index.

The objective of this system is to put an end to professional inequalities between women and men within companies.

The index, rated out of 100, is based on five indicators: the gender pay gap, the gap in annual increases, the gap in promotions, increases on return from maternity leave and the presence of women among the highest earners in the company.

With a score of 92/100 for 2020, the Logista France Group is proud to be committed to professional equality between women and men.

We are also delighted with the results of our subsidiaries which have seen their scores improve in 2020. SAF scored 79/100 and Supergroup 88/100.
